Communication Oversight Accountability
The mission of TolomatoOwners.org is to: 1) provide positive COMMUNICATION that is an advocating force for the entire Tolomato Island HOA community members in an open and unrestricted on-line community space that promotes community unity, programs and events, and awareness of important and current issues that the community faces; 2) serve as an OVERSIGHT of our elected HOA organization to ensure they are more open, efficient and responsive to the community members they are elected to represent and serve; and 3) perform in a manner that holds our elected HOA officials ACCOUNTABLE for their actions in the administration of their specific duties and fiduciary responsibilities contained in the CC&Rs and By-Laws.
